Eldorado Corrosion Removers

Eldorado AC-12 is a phosphoric acid based cleaner used for removing corrosion and for bright etching aluminum aircraft surfaces. AC-12 deep cleans and conditions the metallic surface leaving it corrosion free and ready for bonding, welding, painting, or protective chemical treatments.

Eldorado AC-181 is suitable for use as rust remover for steels and as a metal conditioner for steels and aluminum prior to application of paints and/or corrosion preventive. Thick incrustation and heavy grease should be removed by adequate degreasers and/or mechanical methods.

Eldorado AC-111 is a liquid, organic acid based cleaner, used for descaling of hot section jet engine parts and calcium deposit removal. AC-111 leaves no residue when it burns off; therefore, no corrosion due to molten salt may occur in the combustion section of turbine engines. AC-111 is formulated as a metal safe replacement for acid sulfate descaler solutions.

Eldorado AC-182 is designed for use to prepare steel and aluminum surfaces for painting, to descale systems that may be harmed by muriatic acid, and to remove rust from steel under conditions where fumes from muriatic acid would be harmful to the surroundings.

Eldorado AC-5 is a liquid, viscous, acid cleaner and corrosive remover for use on aluminum and stainless steel surfaces.

Eldorado HTP-1150L is a liquid, water-dilutable, hot-tank cleaner and rust and paint remover, for use on steel and ferrous alloy parts.
